Application of aluminum chips

1. Recycling of aluminum: Aluminum chips can be remade into ingots or other aluminum materials by smelting and used to produce new aluminum products. The production energy consumption of recycled aluminum is only about 5% of that of virgin aluminum, which has significant economic and environmental benefits.

2. Manufacture of aluminum powder: Aluminum chips can be made into aluminum powder after crushing, grinding and other processes. Aluminum powder can be used to make paint, explosives, refractory materials, etc., with high economic value.

3. Steelmaking deoxidizer: aluminum chips can be used as a deoxidizer in the steelmaking process to remove the oxygen in the steel water and improve the quality of steel.

4. Alloy additive: aluminum chips can be used to produce aluminum alloy, adjust the alloy composition and improve the material properties.

5. Manufacture of aluminum salt: Aluminum chips can be used to produce aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride and other chemical products, which are widely used in water treatment, papermaking, dyestuff and other industries.

6. Wastewater treatment: Aluminum chips can be used as flocculant to remove suspended matter and pollutants in water.

7. Soil restoration: Aluminum chips can be used to improve acidic soil and adjust soil pH.

8. Fuel additives: Aluminum chips can be used as fuel additives to improve combustion efficiency.

9. Filler material: Aluminum chips can be used to make lightweight composite materials, which are used as filler materials in construction, automobile and other fields.
