To make AAC blocks, you need nitrogen-protected ball mills, prices vary from models. Our ball mill uses 95% alumina ceramic balls. Nitrogen should be input into the ball mill about 60 kilograms once at a time. The oxygen content inside the ball mill cannot exceed 2% - 3%. The equipment is equipped with detection instruments.

Producing AAC block needs wet aluminum powder(aluminum paste), below 150 mesh (150-200 mesh). You'd better use over 99% waste aluminum foil (thin aluminum foils need 5-6 hours grinding , thick ones take longer time, using aluminum turning may take 10 hours). Don’t use aluminum cans, their manufacturing effect is not good.
