Method of producing technologies:

It is usually been produced in two steps

1. Making Chips

Using Magnesium Milling machine ,cutting machine ,blower ,feeding airlock ,pipeline ,make magnesium ingot into magnesium slip or chips .

2. Making granule:

The granulator is composed of main engine, power distribution cabinet and motor. The magnesium chips breaking machine after coarse crushing in granulator then been introduced into the fan, by a granulator granulation formed machine .usually could get the diameter of spherical particles of 0.2-3mm, then been segregated by the cyclone discharger into the hopper feeder.
